Next Steps

A planning application has been submitted to Kettering Council. A full copy can be obtained here. As it is a major scheme, we expect the Council to take a few months consulting local residents and other stakeholders.

If approved, the development will progress in four phases. The phasing plan ensures that the community infrastructure is put in place as new housing is released. Phase one will include:

• Providing the link roads from the A14, Barton Road and Warkton Lane and improvements to Cranford Road

• First phase of Central Park and recreational grounds

• Initial phases of housing towards the south of the site

• First primary school

• Initial phase of the secondary school
