Our vision for East Kettering
Our aim is a sustainable, integrated and coherent extension
to the town of Kettering – one that has its own strong
identity but which respects the town’s heritage and traditions.
It will have a strong sense of community and identifiable neighbourhoods
with their own local facilities and character. An outstanding
new environment will be created with a rich and diverse new
landscape creating a unique setting for development and a new
park for the town. It will be an important place to work, bringing
high quality jobs to the local economy.
